Treated as a species of Graphium Scopoli, 1777 by Talbot (1939: 227), and Eliot (1978: 423). Treated as a species of Graphium Scopoli, 1777 (Graphium Scopoli, 1777) by Munroe (1961: 41), and Hancock (1983: 47). Treated as a species of Graphium by Tsukada & Nishiyama (1982: 392), and Treadaway (1995: 18). Treated as a species of Arisbe Hübner, [1819] (Eurypleana Niculescu, 1989) by Page & Treadaway (2003: 4).
