Specimen data: LT (♂, Jacquemont leg., coll. J. Boisduval)
Additional information: "LECTOTYPE ♂, Himalayas. Specimen presumed lost; figure here deisgnated.", "the original specimen of Boisduval, illustrated in the figure given by Oberthür (1879 : pl. 2, fig. 5), is hereby designated lectotype." Ackery (1973: 6-7).
